You’ll receive a comprehensive 60-minute hearing test performed by our accredited audiologists in sound-treated rooms. We assess your hearing needs and discuss any concerns you may have.
Hearing Aid Options
If hearing aids are recommended, we’ll walk you through the government-subsidised options available to you under the program. If you’re looking for additional features, we also offer partially subsidised upgrades.
Custom Fitting
Your hearing aids are professionally fitted, adjusted, and fine-tuned to suit your hearing profile and lifestyle. We take the time to ensure everything feels and sounds right.
Ongoing Support
We provide follow-up care, servicing, and adjustments to ensure you get the most from your hearing aids. As part of the program, you’ll also be eligible for maintenance support, batteries, and repairs.
