Thank you for choosing Trusted Hearing. Please review the following Terms and Conditions relating to your hearing aid purchase, including details on warranties, trials, returns, and service policies.
1. Order Acceptance
An order will not be binding on Trusted Hearing until the order has been accepted by us. Trusted Hearing reserves its rights to accept an order in whole or in part, including in the event Trusted Hearing is unable to process your payment, or the goods ordered are out of stock.
2. Title to Products
You will be required to pay in full for your goods at the time you collect your order. Trusted Hearing accepts all card payments and bank transfer. Upon full payment, ownership and responsibility of the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.
3. Use of Goods
The goods should only be used in accordance with their respective intended purposes, as set out in the user guide supplied with the goods. You will assume full responsibility for any loss from using the goods for anything other than their intended purpose.
4. Returns and Refunds: 45-Day Policy
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, should you be dissatisfied with a hearing aid purchased, you are entitled to return the hearing aid and receive a full refund of the cost of the hearing aid within forty-five (45) days from the date of supply, provided that:
a. You return the hearing aids with proof of purchase and in the original undamaged packaging; and
b. The hearing aids are in good condition; not damaged by use and in proper working order.
Trusted Hearing will not accept returned hearing aids and provide a refund where you, a third party, or and act outside of human control have caused the hearing aids to become of unacceptable quality or you have failed to take steps to prevent the hearing aids from becoming of unacceptable quality, or the hearing aids have become damaged or destroyed by use while in your possession.
If a pair of hearing aids are ordered and fitted and one hearing aid is returned, you are entitled to a refund of the difference between the single hearing aid and pair of hearing aids selling price.
Refunds will be paid by direct credit into a bank account, or to the same credit card used in the purchase of the returned items.
This policy excludes non-hearing aids such as, but not limited to, assistive learning devices and accessories. The cost of services associated with fitting and adjustment appointments already supplied, is not refundable under this policy.
Change of mind returns and refunds for goods are subject to the discretion of Trusted Hearing.

If you have private health insurance, please check with your provider/private health insurance company about any rebates you may be entitled to. Trusted Hearing recommends that you consider insurance cover for your hearing aids.
7. Chargers
All rechargeable hearing aids purchased from Trusted Hearing come with an initial complimentary standard charger at no cost. Fees apply for additional and/or premium chargers.
8. Maintenance and Repairs (Hearing Services Program Clients)
In accordance with the Hearing Services Program (HSP) rules, maintenance agreements are for a fixed 12-month term and do not automatically renew. Trusted Hearing reserves the right to review maintenance terms or set new conditions and costs upon the expiration of any agreement or when a client transfers their care from another provider.
Maintenance agreements for partially subsidised (top-up) devices may not cover all repair costs. For these devices, Trusted Hearing reserves the right to pass on manufacturer fees for repairs, reshelling, or component replacements, particularly if damage is deemed, at our sole discretion, to be unreasonable, repetitive, or the result of negligence or misuse.
Maintenance agreements under the Hearing Services Program do not cover device accessories such as rechargers and remotes. Any costs exceeding the government maintenance subsidy must be paid in full by the client.
